MEET THE FOUNDERS
Brandon McIntosh has a degree in Sports Management. He is also a certified personal trainer for children, nutrition specialist and youth athletic performance specialist. He created the Fit Kids program at Southwest Recreation Center in Largo, Florida in May 2010. Motivating, inspiring and helping children to achieve their goals is his passion.
Chrisoula Kiriazis, MD
Dr. Kiriazis is a board certified internist practicing primary care medicine in Clearwater, Florida for 19 years. She is a working mother who is not an elite athlete but a consistent one. She is passionate about the role of exercise and good nutrition on health and believes that every person can eat well and exercise.
To create a comprehensive program of exercise and nutrition for children 6-15 in a group environment. The exercises are strenuous and challenging. The nutrition portion includes education and accountablility through food logs. Motivation comes from being in a respectful, fun environment where children are positively reinforced by me, the coach and by each other. There is a constant flow of new ideas and exercises to match the energy of children.
